Kelvin Diong
Kelvin Diong is a council member of ENSEARCH Malaysia. He is also a Trained Climate Reality Leader. Before joining ENSEARCH Malaysia, he was the Climate Adaptation Coordinator with the World Wildlife Fund (WWF Malaysia). During his time with the organisation, he provided instrumental support in conservation efforts and sustainable market programs. He is also actively involved in the advocacy for policies regarding climate change and biodiversity.
Ir. Ts. Rosidha Febriana
Ir. Ts. Rosidha Febriana is a water resource engineer specializing in the field of Municipal Drainage Design and Rainwater Management. She is also an expert in climate change analysis and is a PhD candidate at Taylor's University. Additionally, she is a Technologist and a member of the Malaysian Board of Technologists (MBOT). Currently, she is an Expert in Flood Mitigation and Water Supply Projects with Climate Change Factors at Gamuda Engineering Sdn Bhd and has contributed her expertise as a water resource engineer in various projects, including the design and construction of the SMART Tunnel in Kuala Lumpur.
Ahmad Afandi
Ahmad Afandi Nor Azmi is Senior Analyst for Techonology, Innovation, Environment, and Sustainability at the Institute of Strategic and International Studies (ISIS Malaysia). He has seven years experience in the field of strategic planning, policy, land-use planning, and has has a technical background in the fields of natural resource management, climate change, and biodiversity conservation. Before working with ISIS Malaysia, Ahmad Afandi was an environmental consultant and was involved in various projects within the field of environmentalism and natural resources on the national, federal, and state level.

Dato' Ahmad Fuad Embi
Dato' Fuad retired from the Malaysian Irrigation and Drainage Department as Deputy Director General I in 2007. He graduated with a BE (Canterbury), a DHE (Delft) and a MSc (Southampton). During his time with the department, he was a pioneer for sustainable urban river and drainage management and led the efforts for the urban drainage manual, MSMA, which has been the basis for urban drainage planning in the country since 2000. After his retirement, he engaged as a consultant and became the main author of the Malaysian Standards MS 2526: Urban Stormwater Management issued together with MSMA 2. He is also one of the founders of the Malaysian Stormwater Organization (MSO) - an NGO that fights for erosion and sediment control (Erosion and Sediment Control) for all earthworks (development or agriculture); serving part-time as Adjunct Professor at UKM (2010-18); a Certified Professional Practicing Engineer (PEPC), and a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC) with EnviroCert International, USA.
