Kiu Jia Yaw
Kiu Jia Yaw began working with the Malaysian Bar Council in 2004. He served as Deputy Chairman of the Bar Council's Environment and Climate Change Committee. He is also a member of the secretariat for the All-Party Malaysia on the Sustainable Development Goals (APPGM-SDG) Parliamentary Group. Additionally, he is an advisor to organizations that serve for sustainable development, youth participation and environmental justice.
Nicole Fong
Nicole Fong is a human rights researcher, activist, and content creator working at the intersection of climate justice, LGBTQ+ rights, and feminist economics, towards Malaysia's campaign to declare a climate emergency. Nicole also advocates for climate action at Klima Action Malaysia (KAMY). She strives to lead Malaysia as a fair and just country where marginalized communities are freed from the systematic oppression, and are able to live with dignity, free from discrimination, abuse, and violence. Furthermore, she uses social media platforms as tools for advocacy to raise awareness on key issues affecting marginalized groups and empower communities to take action.

Theiva Lingam
Theiva Lingam is among the legal advisers for Sahabat Alam Malaysia (SAM) and the Penang Consumer Association (CAP). He is also an active public interest lawyer. His field of work is in the field of environment, Orang Asli and consumer rights. He is currently the regional facilitator for 'Friends of the Earth Asia Pacific'.
